Shipping Policy

How Much Does Shipping Cost? 

We offer free shipping on Nitro Cans for local delivery (NY/NJ) & all orders $75+. 

All other shipping costs are calculated by weight and size.  

When Will I Receive My Order? 

We’re based in NY, so most Tri-State & East Coast orders will be delivered in 24-48 hours. For our Midwest & West Coast caffeine fiends, most orders will be delivered in 48-72 hours. Our processing time is 24 hours or less, but this may vary based on shipping and brewing schedules.

We ship via UPS, USPS, and CDL Monday – Friday. These carriers also observe most national holidays, which can affect shipping times.

We’ll send you a notification once your order has shipped. If it’s been 48 hours and you still haven’t heard from us, please email orders@sailawaycoffee.com.
